Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Qtrackr platform, operated by Eventim Global Events GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Switzerland. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited(“Paddle”), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, receipts, and any refund disbursements on our behalf.

1. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel during a billing cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of that period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days on monthly plans.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, after you had already cancelled — contact us and we'll investigate and refund the charge promptly.

2. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are charged upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Because you receive a significant discount compared to monthly billing, the following refund terms apply:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: you may request a full refund, no questions asked. If you've used the Service during this period, we may deduct a proportional amount for the days used at the monthly (non-discounted) rate.
  • After 14 days: refunds are at our discretion. We'll consider the circumstances — if something genuinely went wrong, we'll try to make it right. But we can't guarantee a refund for a change of mind after the cooling-off period.

3. Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated — you only pay for the higher tier from the date of the upgrade. If you later downgrade or cancel, the refund terms of your current plan (monthly or annual) apply to the full amount charged, not just the upgrade difference.

4. Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to higher-tier features until then. No refund is issued for the current period, since you continue to use the higher-tier service until renewal.

5. Free trials and promotional offers

If you signed up via a free trial or promotional offer, no charge is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If the trial converts to a paid subscription and you cancel within 14 days of the first charge, the annual refund terms above apply.

6. Service issues

If you experience a material service outage or defect that significantly prevents you from using Qtrackr for an extended period, you may be entitled to a proportional credit or refund for the affected period. Contact us with details of the issue and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@qtrackr.io with:

  • Your account email address
  • The subscription or transaction in question
  • A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We'd much rather sort it out directly — email us first and we'll resolve it faster than a chargeback process will.

9. Enterprise plans

Enterprise subscriptions are governed by individual service agreements. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise clients are set out in your signed agreement and may differ from this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
